Ticket terms
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy or hold a ticket for GROWTH:SUMMIT:26 on 10 November 2026 at The Albert Hall, 27 Peter Street, Manchester M2 5QR, and when you use the GROWTH:SUMMIT:26 website and app.
About us
GROWTH:SUMMIT:26 is run by Six & Flow Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number to be confirmed), 20 Swan Street, Manchester M4 5JW. VAT number GB218 6914 88. Contact us at hello@summit.sixandflow.com.
Your contract is with Six & Flow Ltd and starts when we email your order confirmation.
Your ticket
- Each ticket admits one named person. Bring your ticket QR code from the app, Apple Wallet or your email.
- Prices include UK VAT. Team passes cover five named people.
- You may transfer your ticket to a colleague free of charge from My ticket on the website until the start of the event. The ticket then belongs to them and you lose access.
- Tickets may not be resold or offered for sale. A resold ticket may be cancelled without a refund.
- Some tiers include extras such as the after-party. What each tier includes is shown on the tickets page when you buy.
Refunds
Tickets are refundable up to thirty days before the event, until 23:59 UK time on 11 October 2026. After that they are not refundable, but you can transfer them to a colleague. To ask for a refund, email us from the address on your ticket. Refunds go back to the original payment card within 14 days.
Because a ticket is for an event on a specific date, the 14 day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
If we change or cancel the event
- If we cancel the event, we refund the full ticket price.
- If we move it to a new date, you can keep your ticket for the new date or ask for a full refund within 14 days of us telling you.
- Speakers, sessions and timings may change. We will keep the programme on the website and in the app up to date. A programme change is not a reason for a refund.
- We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur, except where the law says otherwise.
Conduct
We want a welcoming event for everyone. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, unsolicited selling and misuse of other attendees' details are not allowed, at the venue or in the app. We may refuse entry, remove anyone, or remove app access, without a refund, where someone breaks these rules or the venue's rules. You must follow the venue's safety instructions.
Filming and photography
The event is filmed, photographed and may be streamed live. Being filmed and photographed is a condition of entry, and by attending you agree that Six & Flow may use footage and photographs in which you appear in future marketing and promotional material in any media, without payment. Our privacy notice explains how we handle this.
The website and app
- The app is for ticket holders and stops working for anyone whose ticket is refunded, transferred or cancelled.
- You are responsible for what you post in your profile, messages and live questions. Do not post anything unlawful, offensive or misleading, or anything you do not have the right to share.
- You can block or report another attendee from a conversation. We review reports and may remove content or access.
- AI conversation starters are suggestions only. Read and edit them before you send them.
- We may update the app, and features may change or be unavailable at times.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your ticket, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profits or opportunities.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, venue closure or government restrictions. If one of these stops the event going ahead, the cancellation terms above apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem.
