This notice explains how Six & Flow Ltd collects and uses personal information for GROWTH:SUMMIT:26: the website at summit.sixandflow.com, the GROWTH:SUMMIT:26 iPhone app and the event at The Albert Hall, Manchester, on 10 November 2026.

Who we are

Six & Flow Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number to be confirmed), 20 Swan Street, Manchester M4 5JW. VAT number GB218 6914 88. We are the controller of your personal information.

What we collect, why, and our lawful basis

Our CRM and marketing

Your ticket and profile details are kept in our customer relationship management system, HubSpot. We use them to run the event and, as a business to business event organiser, to tell you about future Six & Flow events and services that are similar to this one. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Filming and photography

GROWTH:SUMMIT:26 is filmed, photographed and may be streamed live. Being filmed and photographed is a condition of entry. By attending, you agree that we may use footage and photographs in which you appear in future marketing and promotional material for Six & Flow and GROWTH:SUMMIT in any media, without payment to you.

If you have a particular concern, for example for your safety, tell the team at registration or email hello@summit.sixandflow.com before the event and we will do what we reasonably can.

Who we share information with

  • Other attendees: your profile if you choose to appear in the directory, and your messages to the people you write to.
  • Sponsors: only the details you agree to share when you book a sponsor meeting.
  • Supabase: hosts our database, sign-in and file storage.
  • Lovable: hosts the website and the AI service that writes conversation starters, provided through Google.
  • Google Firebase: delivers push notifications and receives crash reports.
  • Apple: delivers notifications to iPhones and adds your ticket to Apple Wallet if you choose.
  • Stripe: takes ticket payments. We never see or store your card details.
  • HubSpot: our CRM.
  • Resend: sends our emails. Twilio: sends our text messages.
  • Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and nothing in the app tracks you across other companies' apps or websites.

International transfers

Some of these providers, including the AI service, process information outside the UK and the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your information keeps an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep it

  • Account, profile, messages, meetings, bookings, questions, quiz answers and arrival times: until 10 May 2027, six months after the event, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Tickets, payments and receipts: six years, as UK tax law requires.
  • Sign-in links and codes: 24 hours.
  • Crash reports: 90 days.
  • CRM records: while you remain a contact and for up to three years after you last engaged with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Event film and photographs: for as long as they are used in our marketing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, take a copy to another provider, and withdraw any consent you have given. To delete your account and app data, or for any of these requests, email us and we will reply within one month.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Security and cookies

Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and every signed-in request is checked. The website uses only the cookies and local storage it needs to keep you signed in and to work. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Age

GROWTH:SUMMIT:26 is a business event for adults. The website and app are not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

We will update this notice if how we use information changes, and change the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app.
