I spent 7 years as COO of Haiilo/Smarp scaling a SaaS company to 500+ enterprise customers across 10s of countries. Before that, I was at McKinsey working on strategy and operations for global enterprises. At Haiilo one thing kept bugging me: we won fantastic logos (Google, Salesforce, PwC among others) but only a small number of reps were delivering the vast majority of the deals. We studied what set those top performers apart and realized most of it could be systematized with the help of AI. That's why I co-founded Optivian. We're building an AI Co-Worker that brings those winning behaviors to every rep on the team helping them understand their deals deeply and win more consistently.
